Council of Christian Revival Churches, Nagamese Nagaland (CCRCN) held its first youth convention under the theme “Behold I come quickly, hold fast that no man takes your crown” Revelations 3:11, from January 18 to 20, at Angami CRC Mission Center, Kohima.

A press release from CCRCN president Dorna stated that speakers for the convention were NCRC mission director, Rev. Dr. Imchayanger, NCRC president, Rev. Dr. Neikedozo Paphino, Mission Department, ACRC secretary, Keneiselhou and CCRCN advisor, pastor Khrienei-u Metha.

During the program, the NCRC president officially upgraded and declared the Nagamese Sub-council a full-fledged ‘Council of CRC Nagamese’. He stated that the council will work even harder to spread the Gospel, not only within Nagaland, but in neighboring states and even neighboring countries.

Rev. Dr. Imchayanger, in his message, exhorted the youth to be filled with the Holy Spirit so that they may be led by the Spirit of God. He further explained that blessings come when one remains in Christ.

President, NCRCYF Rajuneizo Chalieu challenged and exhorted the youth from the book of Ecclesiastes 12:1, to “Remember your Creator in the days of your Youth”.

Choir hymns were presented by Ao CRC Youth Association, Kohima Town CRC Youth Fellowship, Nagamese CRC Kohima Unit, and Nagamese CRC Dimapur unit.

Nini Sekhose, advisor CCRCN and pastor Khrienei-u Metha were the resource persons in the youth seminar.

Altogether delegates from 17 Churches, including prayer houses from Kohima and Dimapur, participated in the three day program.
